PNA governor: No proof of nurse exam leak in Mindanao

DAVAO CITY – There is no proof that the leakage to the 2006 Nursing Licensure Examinations benefited examinees in Mindanao, said the Southeastern Mindanao governor of the Philippine Nurses Association.

If somebody claims the nursing exams leakage was nationwide, then he has the burden to show evidence, Dr. Roberto Palec, also PNA board of governors’ national corporate secretary, said in a MindaNews telephone interview Saturday.


Palec said there was no report of alleged leakage in the Visayas and Mindanao and that the issue’s surfacing lately is suspect.   

He said an interest group is trying to push for a nationwide retake. “It is very evident that the leakage was only in Baguio City and Metro Manila,” he said. (To be updated).
