Not kidnapped

MindaNews’ Caroyn Arguillas reports: Peace Process Undersecretary Ramon Santos, Marine Brig. Gen. Benjamin Dolorfino and 23 of their companions finally stepped out of the camp of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) in Bitan-ag, Panamao, Sulu at 3:30 p.m. Sunday instead of  4:30 p.m Friday, after the MNLF was informed a preparatory tripartite meeting would be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on March 17 to 18 to discuss the implementation of the 1996 Final Peace Agreement it signed with the Philippine government.

The report quoted Santos to have said they were not kidnapped, instead volunteered to stay behind.
