Freed, at last

After Nigerian militants held them for three weeks, 24 Filipino seamen were freed on 13 February 2007, finally. Baco Liner, the seamen’s employer, told CNN they were in good health and were on their way to Warri, another Nigerian city.  Both the Nigerian and  Philippine governments, however, could not confirm yet if the release happened at all.
